9 Litre Spindle Fruit Press
Suitable for the outdoor pressing of milled apples and crushed grapes
A larger spindle press, ideal for those who have plenty of time to press "little and often"
Capacity: 8½ kg / 18 lbs of milled apples which will give a juice yield of up to 3½ litres / 6 pints of juice
How it works:
Simple to use, just fill the cage with crushed fruit, assemble the semi-circular pressing plates and large iron nut on top of the crushed fruit and use the iron bar to screw down. Juice flows out of the press cage into the base plate for collection. This product is made by the finest proffessionals for you.
After care:
Easy to clean, simply hose down with fresh water after use and dry with a clean cloth. Lubricate the non-food contact metal parts with food grade grease; this will also inhibit corrosion of these parts. Store in a clean, dry place.

All wood from sustainable forest plantations, seasoned and coated with food compatible varnish
Threaded spindle secured through the base plate passes up through the middle of the cage
Robust, cast iron base plate with lip to aid pouring is supported on cast iron legs
Leg boltholes allow press to be mounted on a stand or table at a convenient working height
Ironwork protected by a tough baked-on polyester powder coating meeting British/EU safety standard EN71 toy standard
