Spare BATON Boards (approx 106cm) for Big Square - 120cm sides of compost bins - to hold the lid in position.

Options:

• Single Ledge Baton Board - for outside edges have a baton attached to one side of the board
• Double Ledge Baton Board - for inside/middle boards (shared between joined together bins, Twin, Triple etc) have a baton attached to both sides of the board

Planing wood gives a smooth finish, prevents splinters and makes it difficult for bugs in the compost to get a hold. It also makes the boards easier to slide in and out of the groves in the posts.
